Job Description
- Recruit, Interview and add candidates to database for administrative, accounting/finance and legal positions.
- Recruit candidates using Craig’s List, MonsterBoard, Boston Works, direct recruiting, networking and through referrals.
- Post immediate openings daily on Craig’s List and any other available job web sites.
- Recruit candidates for specific job openings and companies.
- Continuously build and maintain a pool of candidates not targeted for a specific position.
- Maintain and manage relationships with candidates both on assignments and those not yet placed in positions.
- Build relationships with candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Prepare candidates for starting new positions.
- Call companies when appropriate to schedule interviews for candidates, get feedback on candidates’ interviews, to place candidates in positions and obtain new job orders.
- Determine the urgency of positions and prioritize the order in which positions should be recruited for first.
- Recruit for all open positions each day in order of importance.
- Maintain contact with account managers throughout the work day as necessary. Communicate “best possible candidate’s” to account managers.
- Maintain open relationships with account managers to learn about new job orders and job orders that will be opening soon.
- Generate leads for account managers.
- Check references on candidates as necessary and provide them to account managers or clients as determined by the account managers.

Responsibilities
- 7 Interviews/prescreen conversions per day. Every interview must include at least the following:
- Completed Employment Application
- 30 minute one-on-one interviews
- 3 reference checks
- Employment Eligibility
- 10 New Company Leads input per week
- 25 New Prescreens per day (New intakes conversions)
- 25 Candidate Searching update calls per day
- 4 Qualified candidates per day/ 20 per week
